This tool is an optimisation of the regular Thursday Evals Form.

Removing a ton of redundant user input, while still providing the UIMP exactly the same information.

Usage: When you click submit, this tool sends to Google all the information you would have sent anyway manually using the Google form. Once sent, google will send back its usual confirmation page. Just hit my dismiss button to go back to the form, refill, and submit again for the next student.
